Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Word Processing / Transcription Test followed by document verification.
For Steno Typist
- English Shorthand Speed: 80 words per minute
- Transcription Speed: 20 words per minute
- Dictation Duration: 5 Minutes
- Maximum Mistakes Allowed: 4%
For Senior Scale Stenographer
- English Shorthand Speed: 100 words per minute
- Transcription Speed: 20 words per minute
- Dictation Duration: 5 Minutes
- Maximum Mistakes Allowed: 3%
Spread Sheets Test
- 10 Marks (Qualifying Nature)
- Minimum 40% Marks Required
Final merit will be prepared based on performance in the transcription test.
Admit Card & Examination
- E-Admit Card will be available on the official website only.
- No admit card will be sent by post.
- Candidates must carry a printed copy with a matching photograph.
Exam date will be announced separately.
