Educational Qualification
For Stenographer Grade-III
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent from a recognized university.
For Clerk
- B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent degree.
- Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi as one of the subjects.

- English Shorthand Test – 80 words per minute
- Transcription Test – 20 words per minute on Computer
