This is purely an apprenticeship program. There is no job guarantee after completion of training.

Selection Process

The selection process for NPCIL ITI Apprentice Vacancy 2026 will be completely merit-based.

  • Selection will be based on ITI marks percentage.
  • In case of tie:
    • Older candidate (earlier date of birth) will be preferred.
    • If still tie, higher marks in 10th (or 8th for Welder trade) will be considered.
  • Preference will be given to local candidates living within 16 km of Rawatbhata site.
  • Final selection will be done after document verification and medical fitness.

Physical Fitness Requirements

Candidates must:

  • Be free from infectious diseases.
  • Be free from Tuberculosis.
  • Have minimum height of 137 cm.
  • Have minimum weight of 25.4 kg.
  • Have chest expansion of at least 3.8 cm.
  • Have no serious eye defects.

A medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner is required at the time of document verification.
