Senior Personal Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
- 3 years experience as Personal Assistant (Level 6) or 5 years as Stenographer (Level 4 or above)
- Stenography speed: 120 wpm (English) or 100 wpm (Hindi)
- Typing speed: 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi)
- Computer knowledge required
Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years experience as Junior Assistant or equivalent

Junior Assistant

Selection Process
The selection process varies post-wise.
For Senior Personal Assistant
- Paper I (MCQ) – 300 Marks
- Paper II (Descriptive) – 200 Marks
- Skill Test – Qualifying
For Assistant and Junior Assistant
- Stage 1: Preliminary Test (MCQ – 300 Marks)
- Stage 2: Main Examination (Descriptive – 200 Marks)
- Skill Test – Qualifying
For Library Attendant
- Written Test (MCQ – 300 Marks)
Skill test is qualifying in nature. Final merit is prepared based on written or main examination marks.
