Selection Process
The selection process for NPCIL ITI Apprentice Vacancy 2026 will be completely merit-based.
- Selection will be based on ITI marks percentage.
- In case of tie:
- Older candidate (earlier date of birth) will be preferred.
- If still tie, higher marks in 10th (or 8th for Welder trade) will be considered.
- Preference will be given to local candidates living within 16 km of Rawatbhata site.
- Final selection will be done after document verification and medical fitness.
Physical Fitness Requirements
Candidates must:
- Be free from infectious diseases.
- Be free from Tuberculosis.
- Have minimum height of 137 cm.
- Have minimum weight of 25.4 kg.
- Have chest expansion of at least 3.8 cm.
- Have no serious eye defects.
A medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner is required at the time of document verification.
