Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD in reserved seats)
- Qualification must be regular full-time
- No distance or part-time course accepted
- Higher qualifications like B.Tech/MBA/CA are not eligible
- Candidates must have completed qualification within the last 5 years
- No 1 year or more job experience after qualification

Selection Process – No Written Exam
The selection under Indian Oil Haldia Refinery Apprentice 2026 will be purely based on:
- Percentage of marks in qualifying examination
- Merit list prepared in descending order
- In case of tie:
- Older candidate preferred
- Higher Class 10 marks considered
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination.
