Eligibility Criteria

Technical Posts

Candidates must have:

  • ITI certification in relevant trade with minimum 4 years experience, or
  • Diploma in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.

Medical Post (Male Nurse)

  • Diploma in General Nursing with 3 years experience, or
  • B.Sc Nursing with 2 years experience.
    Preference will be given to candidates with ICU or Operation Theatre experience.

Scientific Assistant

  • Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) with 3 years experience, or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences / Instrumentation with 2 years experience.

Radio Operator

  • 12th pass with GMDSS General Operator Certificate and 4 years experience, or
  • Diploma in Electronics with 3 years experience.

Chef / Cook

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts with relevant work experience.

Salary and Allowances

Selected candidates will receive attractive salary and expedition benefits.

  • Medical examination at AIIMS New Delhi or Goa Medical College
  • Pre-Antarctic Snow and Ice Acclimatization Training at ITBP Auli (Uttarakhand) for approximately 15 days.
