BSNL is recruiting Senior Executive Trainees (SET) under two streams:
- Telecom Stream
- Finance Stream
The selection will be done through a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification and medical examination.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years
Age relaxation:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD: As per government norms
Educational Qualification
Telecom Stream:
- B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in relevant disciplines such as Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
Finance Stream:
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR - Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
Candidates must have completed their qualification before the closing date of application.
Exam Pattern
The selection test will be conducted in online mode.
